Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or through Paddle's subscription emails. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; copying then pauses and open copied positions close with the master strategy.

Refunds

Subscriptions: [REFUND WINDOW, e.g. "full refund within 14 days of the first payment"; state whether renewals are refundable].
Performance fees: charged only on realised equity gains above your high-water mark and reviewed before charging; they are not refundable except where a fee was calculated in error.

How refunds are paid

Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refunds to the original payment method. Request one at support@xcalpai.com or through the Paddle receipt email.
